'From Trash to Treasure' Art Exhibition

This is my latest art exhibition which is created from all things found on the beach & to highlight the dangers of plastic waste to marine life.

Whilst the opening night has passed, the exhibition is still on until 31st July, so do come along to the Heron Gallery, Cafe & Gardens in Ahakista to see it & perhaps have a bite to eat or a drink whilst you are here.

10% of all profits from the sale of these pieces of art goes to the Irish Wildlife Trust.

Eithne Roberts - encaustic (wax) painting

We now have a few Eithne Roberts wonderful encaustic (wax paintings) originals. These are intentionally simplistic & capture a moment in time. See more about Eithne at her website http://www.eithneroberts.com & also on her Etsy & Facebook pages.

Fair Trade Producer - Shoeless Joe

During our trade fair trips over the years we have come across some wonderful products and it's great when we find a producer that fits in with our ethos & style perfectly.

'Shoeless Joe' products use recycled wood wherever possible & from sustainable sources. For more information, see their website www.shoelessjoeltd.co.uk

House of Mice

Following our successful trip to Bloom, Dublin, we have been hard at work again re-stocking our raku ceramics. We have topped up our 'house of mice' here in Schull & they are all nice and cosy again and ready for their forever homes.

Fastnet Film Festival Fashion & Flair

The Fastnet Film Festival is well underway here in Schull, so in keeping with this I have a short silent film showing our clothing ranges on our facebook page. So if you fancy stepping out in style to the many films showing this weekend, come in & have a look to see if you can find your film star look. Here are some of the clothes shown within this film.
